Broadband Networks

Network Implementation Process: Design, Installation, and Certification

Our crew will expertly install any RF broadband (75 Ohm coax), fiber, TP, or 50 Ohm coax in manufacturing, warehouse, or office environments. Installation of an RF broadband distribution system is complex, and requires the utmost care in handling the components. A small dent in the semi-rigid trunk cable can change the characteristic impedance (Z0) of the cable, resulting in unwanted reflections. Installation of RF amplifiers, and signal conditioning devices are subject to the same quality assurance standards.various RF connectors and splices

The industry uses IEEE 802.7 installation recommendations for RF broadband networks. We believe the standard is too relaxed, and therefore, we have developed our own stringent installation guidelines and practices. This is due to the fact that multiple services must coexist in the system (Voice, data, video) in real-time therefore, the installation must be free of defects. Spool of coax cable

Prior to any design or installation, the design team must determine the routing of the network. When the routing is finalized, the installation crew visits the site for a detailed examination and identification of structural, and environmental conditions which may need special consideration. Our findings are submitted to the client for approval and discussion.
