on the quality of their products and the support offered after the
sale. In our opinion, the support structure is as important as the
quality of the product.
Telephone and emergency support service is
available 24 hours per day. For network downtime problem resolution, a
special phone number is available (for customers only) to contact us.
We
guarantee our design for the lifetime of the system. All hardware
supplied by us carry the manufacturer warranty, therefore, we will deal
with the manufacturer for repairs, or replacement of the faulty
components while under warranty. Components that are out of warranty may
be repaired for a nominal charge. In most cases, we will supply spares to
the client while the unit is being repaired.
Network Support:
After the network has been implemented, the client is presented with
documentation and maintenance options.
We can maintain the network for
the client on scheduled basis, and provide on-site emergency support. If
the client chooses to maintain the network using in-house resources, we
can provide the proper training for the required skills. Any properly
maintained network requires the proper instrumentation. We will provide
a list of instruments to satisfy your network needs.
Product Support:
WILDR (wireless interface low-power digital radio) technical support is
available for 90 days after the date of purchase to aide technicians in
configuring and testing the product. The product includes extensive
documentation, and video tutorials. The product includes test functions
in the firmware to facilitate a smooth installation, and operation.
Education & Training:
Our products and services are also backed by proper training when warranted.
Services such as RF Broadband LAN when maintained by the client will require
some training. We will train your maintenance personnel to efficiently carryout
the tasks including the use of proper instrumentation.
Product installation and field tests may require additional skills in wireless
communication. We will certify your installers by providing hands-on training
to accomplish that.
